I became a school governor in August 2019 after working as the Caretaker at Cobden Primary School for 5 years. I now work for a Leeds based social housing association as part of their estates team. In my time at Cobden I always felt welcomed, supported and able to be involved in all of school life. I feel that in my 5 years as Caretaker at the school I got to know it quite well. I was delighted to be asked to become a governor as it allowed me to give something back and keep my connection with all those at the school. | ||||
