Keeping healthy and Active

Home learning activities and ideas during school closure

Keeping healthy both physically and mentally is going to be incredibly important during this difficult time.

A daily routine of physical activity along with challenges for the mind and social discussions as a family or with friends over messages or video message will be important to keep our bodies ticking along.

Some new online resources for keeping active at home:

Disney shake ups are great videos and activities for a quick active session with all your favourite characters from Woody and Buzz to The Incredibles.
