As Head Teacher I have to attend all Governing Body meetings as the link between school and governors. 

I have been a teacher for almost 30 years and have worked at Cobden for 21 years so I am definitely committed to the school and the children's learning! Working with the governors means I look at strategic plans for the school and manage the budget but my favourite part of the job is being with the children. It has been a privilege to work with the children and families of Cobden and I am now seeing former pupils for the second time round as they come to school as parents!
